1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you visit oraclizer.io. It applies to the public website and not to third-party sites, future software, test environments, APIs, or services that may have separate policies.
2. Current website surface
The current build is a static informational site. It does not include user accounts, an application database, a newsletter subscription form, payment processing, or product telemetry. Its contact form collects only the information a visitor chooses to submit for an inquiry.
The site does not intentionally store raw KYC information, identity documents, wallet credentials, private keys, or financial account data.
3. Technical data
Hosting, network, security, or content-delivery systems may process ordinary request data such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, referrer, response status, and diagnostic events. This data may be necessary to deliver the site, maintain security, investigate abuse, and diagnose failures.
The website is served from Amazon Web Services infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare. Those providers process ordinary request data under their own terms in order to host, route, and protect the site.
5. Communications
If you use the contact form, the name, work email, organization, topic, message, and ordinary technical submission data you provide may be processed to deliver and respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, protect security, and meet legal obligations.
Direct in-page delivery uses Formspree as an external form processor, restricted to submissions originating from this domain, and your submission is handled under Formspree's own privacy and service terms. If direct delivery is unavailable, the form instead opens a pre-addressed draft in your own email application and you control the final send. Do not submit sensitive personal information, private keys, credentials, or confidential regulated data.
6. External links
Links to Docs, Research, GitHub, arXiv, X, and other external services take you to websites governed by their own privacy policies. Form submissions may be delivered through Formspree under its applicable privacy and service terms. Oraclizer does not control how unrelated third-party sites process information.
8. Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no website or network transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was processed, together with security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
Retention for contact-form submissions is limited to what is necessary to handle the inquiry and keep an ordinary business record of it.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability regarding personal information. These rights may be limited by law and by information that the website does not hold.
Privacy requests may be sent through the homepage contact form by selecting Privacy request. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
10. Children
The website is directed to a professional and general technical audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the site, infrastructure, law, or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current draft.
Privacy and general inquiries may be sent through the contact form on the Oraclizer homepage.
